Miranda is a Senior Analyst at Banyan where she is responsible for the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities as well as managing various initiatives for multiple portfolio companies including industry research, financial modelling, internal reporting, and valuations. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Miranda worked with Deloitte Corporate Finance Inc. where she provided M&A and capital advisory services, executing transactions for divestitures and financings. Prior to that, Miranda worked at RSM Canada in their Deal Consulting group.

Miranda has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto.
